Girls don’t consider a career in sports when deciding their future.

But Nike believes that even if they don’t want to become athletes, there is always a place in sports for girls.

‘Sports Beyond Sports’ is a campaign with the aim of empowering girls to break the gender gap in sport-related jobs, like sport journalism, physical therapy or sneakers design.
