‘Square Conversation’ is a zero waste collection inspired by the goal of shifting public’s retailing experience away from “instantaneous” to one that involves conscious consumption.

Garments are created from rectangles of different dimensions put together in a grid arrangement across the width of the fabric to minimize or eliminate waste.

The advantage of this drafting method is that even if not every piece is utilized, the leftover are in a square or rectangle that is easier to be utilized and manipulate, which allows the leftover from one garment to be utilized in another garment.
