‘Within Reach’ visually explores potential responses and struggles of someone who experiences anxiety.
The film follows extracts from an interview Rachel conducted with a nurse and mental health professional. She wanted to re-enforce the feeling of being anxious onto the viewer through image and sound, then juxtapose this with peace of mind and calmness that is absolutely ’within reach’ if the right measures are taken.
The film focuses on the importance of talking about how you are feeling – letting the anxious thoughts out instead of keeping them trapped.
