Mental health is something people often find difficult to talk about. Sometimes people are embarrassed and hide their problems which makes things a lot more difficult to handle.
To combat this and to try to get people talking, Polly, Sean and Will decided to create a wacky conversation starter that they could take to the streets with. They created a gigantic, plush, sad brain character.
It was taken out in public to ask people to help #ShareTheWeight. They explained that ‘it is easier to share the weight of your problems than to struggle alone’.
