Split is a set of colour coded cards that contain pieces of advice related to 4 different types of concerns students face during university life.
The remark on each card is a call to action that breaks the cycle of anxiety.
Dividing the cards into categories improves the student’s ability to recognise different stress triggers.
The advice would be crowdsourced from students and wellbeing departments, through a website. This would enable customisation of the cards according to the location of the university.
This way, students could be referred to specific places in town/campus.
