Jelly Bells are a new type of sweets made with gelatine from jellyfish. But why use jellyfish? Due to global warming and ocean acidification they boom in numbers which ruins the biodiversity. And overfishing results in less natural enemies. The boom results in a number problems, but since jellyfish mostly consist of collagen, we could just start to eat them. We made three different versions of jellies which can be eaten by muslims, jews & hindus, who don’t eat regular gelatine and by climate conscious people who wants to reduce their intake of animals like cows and pigs.
