The Patch Project is a subscription box service, that delivers sensory indoor planting and an organised sensory garden event, to help children with Autism, ADHD and sensory needs. It is crucial for children to explore their senses, to help regulate emotions, soothe anxiety and aid their transition into adulthood. It promotes the therapy of planting, as well as enforcing the, all-important, family bond. Both the boxes and the event are designed to tackle each of the 5 senses through planting and the relevant sensory activities, to encourage the child’s engagement.
