Problem — Countless studies have documented the detrimental effects that urban living has on our physical and mental health. As urban populations continue to rise, this poses a serious threat to humans. Insight — Recent research has discovered that time spent in nature can combat these effects – with even a small break of 20 minutes in a local park making a difference. Solution — ‘Disconnected / Reconnected’ is a two-part publication that encourages urban residents to reconnect with nature in their city in order to improve their wellbeing.
