A sustainable and experiential interior design scheme for the brand MUJI’s flagship London store. This scheme promotes conscious consumption through a limited product line which users craft whilst they learn its origins. MUJI as a brand has an established ethos to reduce unnecessary consumption. Its retail stores need to reflect this to seamlessly complete a circle of ethical consumerism. Whilst this design focussed on one brand this approach to retail design, if widely adopted, would make high street stores and brands more relevant and experiential for the ethical consumer.
