Interlude is a brand that Craig designed to offer young people a break from the stress and anxiety of everyday life.
It does this by promoting and hosting intimate music events with a focus on mindfulness. Through research and practice, he has realised the potential that live music has to benefit young people.
This video showcases the first Interlude event which was organised and filmed. Craig hopes now to make the brand a reality, so more young people can feel the benefits of this mindful music experience.
