Director of Architecture, Design and Fashion at the British Council.  She was previously Head of Learning at the Design Museum in London where she lead the strategic direction of the Learning portfolio including programmes for schools, young people and families, students, as well as lifelong learners. Prior to that, she was the Director of Design at the globally renowned think tank the RSA where she developed programmes focused on design for positive social, environmental and economic impact. She has worked on a number of projects exploring and promoting the journey toward a more sustainable future and a circular economy. She trained an architect and urban designer and spent 10 years working in industry prior to joining the not-for-profit sector.
