Henry previously worked in advertising, and loved the whole creative process of transforming a brief into a glossy and beautiful piece of video content – but after a while he felt some of the campaigns lacked meaning, so he joined creative agency Don’t Panic and began work on briefs for the likes of Greenpeace, Unicef and Oxfam.

In 2015 he launched Action Productions: “The first ethically-driven viral video agency”. Since then, their first four films have gone on to amass an impressive 132m views, 6.2m likes, and 2m shares.

Henry has also given talks at various events, and spoken about his latest work on ITV and London Live.
