Creative industry experts discuss and celebrate the power of creative thinking to solve social and environmental challenges. Key focus subjects include action for climate emergency, creating conscious consumerism, cultural innovation and inspiring change.

SPEAKERS (Morning) include:
Xavier is CEO of Havas – previous agency work includes adam&eve DDB, BBH, Claydon Healey and AIS. He has a reputation for honesty, integrity, consistency and openness and instils these qualities through the whole team at Havas UK.
Chrissy is a creative director and founder and CEO of Creative Conscience. She studied graphic design and communications at the Royal College of Art and is a TEDX speaker who believes in positive creative activism.
Jonathon is Founder Director of Forum for the Future. Established in 1996, the forum is the UK’s leading sustainable development charity comprised of 70 staff and more than 100 partner organisations, including some of the world’s leading companies.
Sian is co-founder of A Plastic Planet, a global social impact movement with a single goal – to ignore and inspire the world to turn off the plastic tap. A Plastic Planet have created very significant global impact in just three years.
Paul is the founder and principal of L&Co, a London-based design and branding studio that is a certified B Corporation®. Paul is also a director and leading sponsor of Creative Conscience.

CHRIS TURNER – Chris is Executive Director of B Lab UK, which is the charity building the B Corporation movement in the UK. MATT HOCKING founded Leap in 2004 as the UK’s first carbon zero design agency after heading up The Eden Project’s graphic design team (a complete change-point in his design career). Leap’s purpose – Design for change – captures his passion for creativity, sustainability and curiosity while using business as a positive tool for change. Matt is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a trained B Leader and co-founder of Goodfest Cornwall. SOLITAIRE TOWNSEND – Solitaire is co-founder of the change agency Futerra, which uses the logic of sustainability strategy and magic of creativity for positive change.
DIONNE GRIFFITH – Dionne is a communications, business and brand development consultant specialising in the creative industries. She has worked internationally with many great names Adjaye Associates, United Visual Artists, Pentagram, Wolff Olins and Peter. KATZ KIELY – Katz is a C-level award-winning business strategist and change agent. She built the first open innovation platform for HP, re-architected the way a UN agency does business and designed a behaviour change platform with Intel that connected mobiles, big screens and data. She now heads up Beep.

EXTINCTION REBELLION – Intro ZION LIGHTS is a TEDx speaker and author of The Ultimate Guide to Green Parenting. She has an MSc in Science Communication from UWE and is a spokesperson for Extinction Rebellion UK. She is also the founder and Editor of the XR UK newspaper The Hourglass. www.zionlights.co.uk
WILL SKEAPING joined Extinction Rebellion full-time on the day the movement launched in October 2018 and is now challenging the advertising industry to tackle the climate and ecological crisis. He also co-edited the movement’s best selling handbook ‘This Is Not A Drill’ and works with related arts organisations Culture Declares Emergency and Project Pressure.
BETHAN HARRIS – Lead for Collectively & Panel Host
UMESH PANDYA is co-founder and board member at Wayfindr, a pioneering tech for good, google.org backed, not-for-profit, whose mission it is to empower millions of visually impaired people to navigate the world independently. HARRIET KINGABY is a Mozilla Fellow, studying the unintended consequences of AI-enhanced advertising alongside Consumers International. She is also the co-chair of the Conscious Advertising Network, a voluntary coalition of organisations from across the advertising ecosystem on a mission to ensure the ethics catches up with the technology of modern advertising. VINEETA GREENWOOD co-runs ethics-driven, certified BCorp digital agency, Wholegrain Digital. The team at Wholegrain Digital work with a diverse range of clients from Ecover to Unicef.
Adah is a futurist, artist and cultural strategist. An enthusiastic curator of people, patterns and stories, she is a trans-disciplinary storyteller who challenges us to think about what it means to be human by actively seeking out the voices and experiences of the othered.
JAMES BIDWELL – Co- founder Re_Set, Chair of Springwise & Panel Host
SAFIA QURESHI Safia is an award-winning architect, innovation designer and educator. She launched the creative design agency Studio [D] Tale, focuses on social and environmental impact. It was an incubator to launch CupClub. ROB NICOLL – A material lead designer, co-founder and chief marketing officer at Chip[s] Board Ltd. Rob is responsible for showing brands how bio-materials can be utilised without compromising on quality or aesthetic with focus on fast-moving industries including fashion and interior architecture. Past Creative Conscience Award winner.
Mark works on innovation of products, services and business models; sustainability and company purpose. He has trained over 2000 people in sustainability. He was a lead for the RSA Great Recovery programme of Circular Economy is a Founding Partner of the Do Lectures and author of the book Do Disrupt.
Paul has dedicated much of his professional life working to help disadvantaged young people. He looks at how we can use social and digital media to make progress in this area despite diminishing levels of government support. He’s taking the slogan “tech for good” seriously and already touching the lives of millions of people around the world with his interactive film making. Follow Paul on @TryLife_tv
Nicky is a co-founder of the multi-award-winning interactive film series TryLife, the most complex interactive film series ever created with an impressive 7,000,000 plus following on social media. She also teaches interactive film making at the school for cinematic arts at USC, and is a leading British Asian filmmaker.
