Raoul Shah
Raoul Shah is Chairman of Creative Conscience and Founder of Exposure, one of the world’s leading independent communications agencies, he has worked with many of the most iconic global brands and has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications. He is a keen supporter of young artists and creatives, as well as a writer and collector.

Chrissy Levett
Founder & Creative Director graduated graphic design + communications at the Royal College of Art in London. Chrissy has won a number of industry awards for branding, is a TEDx speaker, educator and author, who believes creative thinking is vital for us to solve global challenges. Now Founder of Creative Conscience, a global movement set up to empower, reward and support creative thinkers to use their talents for positive social and environmental impact.

Jamie Hall
Jamie is an experienced marketeer, for 20 years, who has worked across several leadership roles within prestigious global brands including Nike and Levi’s, shaping marketing, commercial, digital and retail strategies. Jamie co-founded Pentatonic in 2016 with the goal to design and create products in a way that enables a more sustainable, responsible way of daily life – and help the world’s superbrands to do the same. As Chief Brand Officer, Jamie oversees all consumer-facing design, brand and communications functions within the business.

Sian Sutherland
Sian Sutherland is Co-Founder of A Plastic Planet and a serial entrepreneur with a varied background in advertising, Michelin Star restaurants, film production, skincare and brand creation design agencies. She is a multi-award winner, including Female Marketer of the Year, CEW Achiever Award, Entrepreneur of the Year and British Inventor of the Year. In 2017, Sian and Frederikke Magnussen founded A Plastic Planet; a global social Impact movement with a single goal – to ignite and inspire the world to turn off the plastic tap. A Plastic Planet is highly vocal in representing the public’s right for plastic free choice, working collaboratively with industry, retailers, Governments, legislators and the UN; to accelerate the pace of change at all levels.

Lisa Merrick-Lawless
Lisa is Co-founder of Purpose Disruptors and has 20 years experience in the marketing and communications industry spanning client-side, consulting, training, writing and agency-side. She moved to ethical agency Nice & Serious as Strategy Director. In 2019 she graduated Cambridge with a first in Sustainability Management from the Institute for Sustainability Leadership. As Co-Founder of Purpose Disruptors she is on a mission to create a visible, large scale movement of people within the industry working together to make the necessary transition to net zero. In 2020 she ran The Great Reset, an initiative to encourage people to maintain the positive environmental behaviours adopted during lockdown #1.

BE Alink
BE is a Dutch designer, architect and humanitarian who is inventor of The Alinker – a non-motorized walking-bike without pedals for people who want to maintain an active life regardless of mobility challenges. BE initially set out to design a walking bike for her mother but soon realised what was truly needed was a vehicle for social change, challenging our assumptions about people with mobility challenges. The Alinker was born! It was first introduced to the Dutch market via a crowdfunding campaign in 2014 and in 2016, it launched in North America through another highly successful crowdfunding campaign.

Nick Entwistle Creative Director and Founder of the Bank of Creativity, working with agencies and brands to create compelling content to engage their audiences and generate big interest in their product or service.
Multi-Award winning Creative who also directed the music video and social campaign that led to the NHS beating Justin Bieber to Xmas Number 1. Also on the board of the DMA North and MPA whilst being an ambassador for NABS.

Mark Shayler
Mark helps big companies think like small ones and small companies think like big ones. He works on innovation of products, services and business models; he works on sustainability and company purpose; and he coaches businesses and individuals. He has saved his clients in excess of £120 million per annum through environmental improvements, has increased sales of products by 8000% by introducing circular economy business models and trained over 2000 people in sustainability.

Nadia Joynson Following over 20 years specialising in finance, cultural and HR transformation, and launching branches of US charity Room to Read in France, Nadia turned her attention to mindfulness and life coaching. She works to ensure that our next generation can concentrate more on being the shiniest and most authentic version of themselves. She writes, facilitates and creates programmes to support that, always adding a special touch of magic! That’s how teen series Reviathan series was born.
